Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales made through Pulse Point Digital are final. Due to the custom, service-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a project or service has been initiated. This includes strategy, consultation, website builds, automation setup, ad campaign development, and other digital marketing services. Clients are encouraged to fully review service details and ask any questions before committing to a purchase.
2. Recurring Monthly Services
For clients on a monthly retainer or subscription plan, written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance to discontinue service. Once notice is given, we will complete the current billing cycle and collect full payment for that final month of service. Work will continue through the end of the notice period, after which services will be terminated. No partial refunds will be issued for early cancellation within an active billing cycle.
3. One-Time Payment Services
For fixed-scope or one-time services—such as website builds, funnel creation, or standalone consultation packages—payment is collected in full before work begins. All such sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is received, regardless of project status, timeline, or client decision to pause or cancel the service.
