1. Service Agreement & Client Responsibilities

While we implement proven systems and industry-standard practices, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes, timelines, or results. Business success depends on many variables outside our control, including your offer, internal workflow, and audience behavior. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, responding to communication, and fulfilling any internal obligations required for the success of our implementation.
2. Payments, Ownership, and Cancellations
Services may be billed as a one-time project, monthly retainer, or hybrid pricing model, with all payments due according to the agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension. Any custom assets or systems we build remain the property of Pulse Point Digital until full payment is received, at which point ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement has been signed. Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice 30 DAYS in advance, and we reserve the right to terminate services for nonpayment, misconduct, or breach of agreement.
3. Liability, Usage, and Legal Jurisdiction
You may not use this website to break any laws, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in unauthorized scraping, spamming, or malicious activity. We reserve the right to update, remove, or modify our service offerings at any time. Pulse Point Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
